1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any website, tool, or service operated by Autom84You ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

Autom84You is operated by Rishi Patel, based in Sunnyvale, California.

2. Description of Services

Autom84You provides AI-powered business automation tools and professional services, including but not limited to:

• Tools: Marketing Suite (QR code tracking, analytics, design studio), AI Video Generator, AI Mind Dump, AI Trading Bot
• Services: Custom AI agents, web development, e-commerce solutions, social media automation, CMS builds, Salesforce & CRM setup, SEO & Google Ads management, data entry automation

3. User Accounts

Some features require account registration. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify Autom84You immediately of any unauthorized use

Autom84You reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Resell or redistribute access to the Platform without written permission
• Use AI-generated content in ways that violate applicable laws or third-party rights

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and branding on the Platform are the property of Autom84You unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform materials without written permission.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant Autom84You a limited license to process and display that content as necessary to provide the services.

Custom Development: For custom services (web development, AI agents, etc.), ownership of deliverables is transferred to you upon full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Payment & Billing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

• Subscriptions: Marketing Suite subscriptions are billed monthly ($20/mo) or annually ($180/yr). You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period.
• Pay-per-use: AI Video Generator charges are per video and are non-refundable once generation begins.
• Custom Services: Service pricing is agreed upon before work begins. Milestone-based billing applies where specified.
• Promo Codes: Promotional discounts apply to the first billing cycle only unless otherwise stated.

Refund requests for subscriptions may be submitted within 7 days of the charge by contacting nerd@autom84you.com.

7. AI-Generated Content

Autom84You uses third-party AI models (including Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic Claude) to power various features. AI-generated content is provided "as-is" and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before use.

Autom84You does not guarantee specific results from AI-powered tools or services.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Autom84You does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autom84You shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Autom84You in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Autom84You reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Data associated with your account may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

10. Changes to Terms

Autom84You may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
